I was told that my nine year old son with autism was not allowed to use bumpers. The person behind the counter finally let me have them, but this policy is ridiculous! The policy is that only children 6 years and younger should have access to bumpers. Why does it matter? This is not an inclusive policy and is detrimental to children who may not have the skill set necessary to bowl without bumpers. We will not be back and will not encourage others to attend.
No Fun at All…. I took my son to Fikin Kegler Waterford for his 7th birthday with a few of his friends this week. Little did I know that by saying it was his 7th birthday the boys would have no bumpers to assist with bowling making the game more fun. After asking the employee working if she could let us use bumpers I was told that company policy was 7 and up got no bumpers. A few frames in and a ton of gutter balls later another parent went up and asked and was told the manufacturer said no one over 7 could use bumpers. By the time the 3rd adult went up to complain we were told that there was not a manager on site to address the issue. Instead of bowling a few games as planned the boys were bored and done after one game. The high score was a 27 and the low was a 12.Were were given a card with $10 on it for video games as an apology. Seems ok, until you consider I was entertaining 5 boys and every game in the arcade was at least $1 if not more to play.If you are planning a kids party especially for one over 7, I would go elsewhere!Not only will I take my kids to another lane in the future, I will start bowling elsewhere when I bowl with adults.

After the cashier rang us up my boyfriend started to ask a question and before he could finish the cashier looked away, rolled his eyes, and sighed and said here sign it and shoved the receipt at us. He said he had to do a void. The manager (lady with blonde hair, no one had name tags) who came up was too busy smacking her lips with the gum that she was chewing to even speak with us. The cashier (guy with gauges in his ears and with a beard) shoved another receipt and said sign. My boyfriend then said I was just asking a question, which would of never led into a void. Then the cashier had the damn nerve to yell at us. And before any of this happen we already had had a bad experience with the lady up front. She looked at my boyfriend and said oh your too young to drink and just grabbed his hand and wrote an X on it. Then she looked at me and started to grab my hand without even asking me and I told her that I was drinking. She was so rude. My boyfriend’s brother said he wasn’t sure so she grabbed his hand and wrote an X and said well too late now. All the damn employees were so rude. And I felt like I couldn’t even talk to a manager because the one I saw was so rude and unprofessional. I’ve worked in the Hospitality Industry for 6 years now and I have never seen something so unprofessional. Also, it was so hot in there. I was sweating my ass off. Can they afford to put the AC on? I will never go back there again. If I was a secret shopper I would give them a 0%. They really messed up because I will make damn sure that I will put this bad review on every website I can find so hopefully it will drive their business away. I rather just go to Boardwalk Bowl.
Cool idea. I was excited to try this place as i hadn’t heard anything about it.the bar and place to eat was totally empty,me and my family got the 2 entrees for 20 special.the fish and chips were adequite but nothing special.it was though decent food but the portions were not worth the price.the bowling alley and other areas were good looking and looked like an all around fun place.
As Pub Food with a British slant goes, not so bad at all. Decent portions, okay service. eatingorlando.com
Awesome family fun center! You could spend an entire afternoon here with or without kids. Wish they had better drink specials but food is great! And love the dancing at night.
NO WAY TO TREAT A GUEST!!!. Very dissatisfied!!! I had an entertainment coupon for a buy one get one free entree. We had three people in our party and they refused to honor it, as two of us ordered from the 2 can eat from the $19.99 menu and the third person ordered a 9.99 entree from the menu. So they have lost my business for life over $10. Is this good business? I will be telling many people how we were treated…which may influence their coming or not coming to this establishment.
