  Had received a coupon to use at Jimmy Hulu’s and went to the one in Waterford Lakes to eat. First of all, they would not honor the coupon stating it was not good there. Ordered some food anyway and it tasted okay. First time I have ever eaten anywhere that you only get napkins on the table. No salt, pepper, catsup, silverware are provided. You have to ask for every single thing. Only one waiter working on tables and rest of employees back in kitchen. Don’t think I will be dining here again.

  I have been wanting to try this place forever. My son asked me to bring him here tonight. We arrived at the restaurant that bas only maybe one or two patrons. Not the best music or atmosphere but definitely was looking forward to trying their food. Love the simple menu and the fact that you order and take a seat was great. We ordered the chips and 3 dips as an appetizer, a cheeseburger, mac and cheese side, and one fish taco. It took a while to get the appetizer and I automatically see that the cheese was not very hot and what they call salsa was just big chunks of tomato onions and jalapeno more like a pico de gallo. When my son bin into the chips they were cold and stale. He went back to the counter and asked for a different basket because they were stale. We waited for about 10 minutes and our food arrived and still no chips for our appetizer. My fish taco tortilla was cold and the actual fish was also cold. The food looks like it sat at the window for a while since my son had seen it when he took the chips back. His mac and cheese was curdled and looked like the bottom of the barrel and also was not hot. His Burger was hot but with a burnt bun. When he bit down on it was more crunchy than anything. I stood up to ask for a manager and that’s when the chips finally arrived for our very cold queso. He asked how everything was and I told him I was upset he automatically asked what we wanted I said I wanted my money back he seemed a bit nervous but became more apologetic when he actually saw the food. He was able to refund me everything but tax which was okay but I can tell you I’m never coming back. The one star I give it were for the actions of the manager and that’s it. Maybe the food was not great because it was such a slow night but to pay almost $30 for a fish taco and a burger is kind of crazy.

  They put one in Waterford Lakes and tried it. I got the kickin chicken taco, it was topped off with coleslaw and I enjoyed it a lot. It had just a little kick of spice but then the cole slaw off set it. The Cajun tots was very good, I prefer them over fries. The burger I ordered was the Diablo, it has jalapeos, lettuce, pepper jack cheese and fuego sauce. This burger has a good kick between the peppers and fuego sauce. We had it all to go so can’t really say anything about service but at the take out service was good. The decor was beachy feel. They also have outdoor sitting. This does have the wow factor for the food.
