Pizza. I have been to New York and this place has the closest thing to a New York style pizza I have ever tasted it is the best food. I’ve been going there for years even before they came to Avalon. Good people, good food.
Terrible customer service. I ordered food and a 2 liter diet coke. The food came without the diet coke and was 10 dollars more than what was quoted. The poor delivery guy called the restaurant and they told him it was more money because I didn’t reach the delivery quota. They told him if I didn’t like it to take back the food and leave. I then called to speak to a manager, I was passed to a man claiming to be the owner. He said his name was Javier. I asked him was it policy to add on food I did not order so that it hit the delivery quota? He was very rude. I told him I didn’t order the food or get the so called food on the receipt. He admitted to the delivery price issue but his attitude was take it or leave it. I said I want my money refunded, told him I was upset as I had been calling them for a few years. He said you can have your money back but you need to hand us back the food. I did so and told him he had lost a customer. Disgusting to add items to someone’s bill without even asking them and then demand the food back like I did something wrong? I waited for an hour and this is how I’m treated. No thanks, the food was mediocre at best anyhow!

Left with no food. Usually good food. Poor management and really bad service IMO . Won’t go back unless for take out.
Used to love the place. Now they can’t ever get my order, I haven’t got what I Ordered right the last 4 times. This was the last time .
Amazing. This place has the best pizza and calzones in town. I came with some friends and ordered a meatlovers pizza and a special calzone. OMG their calzones are huge and pizzas as well. Service was excellent and even the owner came to say hello. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family
These guys have the worst customer service. we had ordered take out and asked them to make the spaghetti spicy as always but the chef put a whole bottle of wing sauce instead of crushed pepper. we called back and instead of apologizing they bit our head off and refused to change the order or give us a credit.
