1st Anniversary. We choose this restaurant for our first anniversary because it’s always perfect. They did not fail us. It was the best choice, and they surprised us with a sundae before we left and congratulated us. Thank you for making it a nice evening.
Anniversary. So my husband and I went to Longhorn 1st time for our 5 year marriage anniversary our dinner ended up being taking little long our server apologized and so did the manager and came over to congratulate us and gave us a chocolate stampede for free which was delicious and sweet of them to sing us a song. Can’t wait to go back to this restaurant
Food good but service bad. I was recently at this location with my husband/partner. We were out for lunch as it was my birthday. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted by the hostess and were seated. We mentioned to the hostess that is was my birthday. It was around 2:30 in the afternoon on Jan. 30th. We told the hostess that it was a birthday as we were in the area to celebrate with lunch and a movie. Our server Karen came over and got our drink order. After getting our drinks we ordered our food. After the food came out that was that last of Karen we saw or heard from. The food was very good, but the service left me with something to be desired. When we were about two bites in the server was nowhere to,be found to ask how everything was. We ate and as We finished my beer was empty and I i wanted another again the server was nowhere to be found. There were maybe three tables in the whole restaurant. When we finally finished our food the server then came by and asked if there was anything else we needed. I said no and she presented the check. On our way out we spoke with the hostess again and told her that Karen did a bad job of making sure we were happy. My husband work for a upscale restaurant and I was in this business for twenty years. Karen made my birthday feel very unpleasant and it will take me a long time to return to enjoy another special day with this location. We are not snobs ,but people who like to be treated well when we go out to enjoy a meal, and we do not ask for much, but that the server do,their job and help us enjoy our time in this restaurant.
Great after Darden. Steaks and veggies are great and full of flavor. Onion soup is the best.
I find the steak at longhorn better quality than outback for the price. Service has been good on my visits but I wish they had more seafood options.
The service was good but the food was way oversalted.
Longhorn Waterford Lakes. It has been a long time between visits to this restaurant. Darden did not own it when I was last there. I was truly amazed at the improvement in the menu, the service and the decor. It was well worth the stop and I will be there again, soon.
