Great Food and Service. Aside from the food being great — the vegetables in my order are so delicious and juicy — the service was A+. See, we turned out to be the first customers who had ordered from them through GrubHub, so there was a slight hiccup with the transaction, but the guy behind the counter was super fast and polite, handling everything like a champ despite the fact that our transaction got weird and confusing during a busy time in the store. Huge menu and great lunch specials as well.
Awful!. I’ve been ordering from them for along time. I dont know what happened the last 4 times awful. The people are so rude. I was getting my card ready and telling the guy the said very rudely talk faster and he ended up getting the order wrong. Which they did nothing about. He wasn’t even paying attention. Never going back
Great food, great delivery!. We have been searching for high quality Chinese delivery in East Orlando, and finally found it in Pine Garden. Very fresh, high quality ingredients. We could not have been more pleased. Delivered hot and on time in Eastwood. We highly recommend Pine Garden. We were disappointed in several others in this area, so if you are looking, start with Pine Garden and don’t waste money, as we did, on some of the others in the East Orlando area.
Great Food… Bad Delivery!!. The food at Pine Garden is delicious. My husband and I occasionally stop by to eat in or grab some dinner on the way home. Food usually comes out pretty quickly, hot and tasty. (My favorite is the curry chicken.) However, be warned — for delivery, we were told it would be 45 minutes and, at the 90 minute mark, we gave up and canceled our order. If you are busy and delivery times may take longer, just say so.Follow-up: About 15 minutes after we canceled our order, the food mysteriously showed up. It was clearly rushed and missing a few items, indicating our order was completely forgotten until we called. I won’t complain too much since they gave it to us free of charge but next time, if you forgot, just apologize, admit it and tell us what you’re going to do to fix the situation. Is it really so hard?
Probably the worst I have ever had. I stopped by here finally as I frequently shop in this area. it was just awful! worst general tso’s chicken and pork fried rice i have ever had. also, the guy who works up front(assuming he is the owner) never smiles, and gives off a feeling that you are bothering him and he doesn’t want your business. i will definitely not be returning! sad thing is, this place will probably thrive just based on location alone. prices were not that great either.
My new favorite. I have to say, I didnt think I would find good chinese food here in Fl, as I am a New York snob. But, I stand corrected, as Pine Garden really is excellent. I love their Chicken and snowpeas, the chicken is tender, and not overcooked. Also, I love their dumplings… tender, and fresh. Definately recommend!
