Generally a good neighborhood Chinese restaurant. People who complain about service don’t realize there is a culture difference. If you smile and are patient you will be rewarded accordingly. My wife and I have become regulars for lunch and dinner and once they get to know you they will take good care of you.
RUDE!. My boyfriend ordered bourbon chicken for pick up. When he got home it was general tso. When we called to complained she told my boyfriend to come back and pick up the correct order. Infuriated that they didn’t offer to deliver it I grabbed the phone and demanded an explanation. She hung up on me! I called back and she tried to deny it. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. Never, EVER going to back.
The service is now good. The food comes out quickly, hot and tasty .goiod spare ribs, summer roll, eggplant , garlic chicken and Singapore noodles.

Avalon Park Wok & Roll. Admittedly, the restaurant itself isn’t much to look at with its duct tape patches on the booths and occasionally sticky tabletops and sometimes the service is lacking.But the food is fantastic — considering what it is — and the delivery folks are always courteous. Our food is delivered quickly, fresh and hot, and in the years of ordering from Wok & Roll, we have had one small mishap with an order that was quickly fixed at no extra cost to us.
Service was slow and uncurtious. They mistakenly charged me for the lunch price and closed me they then upcjarged me for there error after the fact! I will not go back
Awful service, rude and unapologetic for their errors.
