I will not eat here again. I have had bad service in the past but today I called the restaurant to pick up lunch for my mother who is in a wheelchair and cannot move and I was told they were not taking pick up orders since there were too busy – really?? You are a restaurant – its what you do!
A family run diner that knows how to cook everything! They have amazing breakfasts but my favorite is the Gyro for lunch. Affordable and delicious. A must try for any hungry person.
Really like it! I like that it’s a family owned Greek restaurant. You can really tell they love this place. I love love love the breakfast! Spinach and Feta Omlette was the best I’d ever had. Highly recommend!
Review. After living right down the road from here and driving by nearly every single day for two years I decided it was finally time to give this place a try.I ordered the two eggs with sausage links and hash browns, and it delicious. I’m very picky about undercooked potatoes, and these hash browns were perfect. The eggs were hot and well cooked, but I think I may opt for some cheese on them the next time.
Awsome Everytime!. From their large portioned meals to their excellent Lemon Chicken Soup…this place is prefect! I have had the Gyro on more than one occasion and it is yummy everytime. My daughter loves their chocolate chip pancakes that are HUGE!! Also when you order a side of bacon I swear they give you like 10 slices when usually you do that anywhere else and they only give you 2!! My mother always get’s eggs and hashbrowns and when they bring the plate out she can only eat half of it because they give you so much food for your money!! Anytime anyone asks where to go eat I say Argos! The best place in Apopka, Finally!!!!
Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup. The lemon added a subtle freshness and zest, which was far preferable to the overpowering lemon flavor I’ve encountered with other versions of this soup. I’ll definitely order this again.20 Dec, 20102nd visit definitely won’t be my last. I stopped into the Argos Diner about 2 months ago on a whim. It was early, and they were one of the few places open that wasn’t fast food. I got Eggs Benedict, which can often fall short, and I loved it.This past Sunday, my girlfriend and I went back. Her gyro was fantastic, and we both loved the lemon chicken orzo soup that came with our meals. For my entree I chose the country fried chicken with mashed potatoes. I was surprised by 3 large pieces of chicken. Even without the country gravy, the chicken was fantastic. It was easily the juiciest and most tender fried chicken I’ve had in a restaurant.
