Never again. Absolutely displeased! I cracked a tooth on a very hard piece of conch like concrete. Broke my tooth when I woke up I couldn’t even stay in the air hitting my tooth I went to the dentist had it repaired the manager we called is very rude their insurance will not pay although my dentist said 100% I should be able to get reimbursed. The pain was so bad and nobody even apologized or had any compassion whatsoever Broadway never again.
The BEST little Italian place!. I recently visited Orlando with my family, and we had the pleasure of dining at Broadway Ristorante and Pizzeria. This little place was actually just down the street from where we were staying and we stumbled upon it serendipitously. When I first walked in, I was impressed by the smells that seemed to come straight from Italy–or at least New York! The wonderful rich scent of marinara was wafting through the bar as we were seated, tempting us all to start with the mozzarella sticks or a slice of one of those pies. I, however, couldn’t keep myself from ordering the special of the day–spinach and ricotta-stuffed chicken breast over fettuccini, if I am not mistaken. Even the bread was wonderful–perfectly spiced and buttered. The ricotta cheese that my father doesn’t eat (thankfully, as I got to have it instead!) was some of the most amazing, smooth, dense, and rich ricotta that I have ever tasted! It came as no surprise when the General manager told us that he was a dairy farmer in wisconsin for YEARS before he came to manage this establishment. If you have the chance, you OWE it to yourself to dine there!
We ordered a pizza and a cheesesteak. I’m new to the area and have yet to find a decent slice of pie close to where I live. I was pleased with my order. I would definitely order from here again.
What Happened?. I have always enjoyed coming here for a great meal and a drink. Recently, I have noticed that the size of the stromboli’s have been drastically reduced. Purchasing a medium almost without fail resulted in needed a box to take half of it home. Now, a medium is merely a meal. I’m certain this is probably healthier for me, but the point here is that this product (a major draw of my business) is now greatly reduced in size and disappointing when ordered.In addition, I will say that the service has also declined. I sat at my table with friends for an uncomfortable long time before even being approached to order something to drink.I hope this gets corrected because what is served, is very tasty…
I work here and know that if you call back and you aren’t rude, we will help you. The company doesn’t want to lose their customers. If you call back with a messed up order we will send out new food, no problem. It’s generally rude guest who ruin it for themselves. No one wants to be yelled at the second they answer the phone. Don’t be rude and you’ll get better service.
DELIVERY DISASTER. HORRIBLE!!!! Just ordered from their on-line menu, coupon on site wasn’t excepted, all toppings were left off the xl pizza(which btw we upsized so we could use the unusable coupon for the free medium cheese) , received luke warm and not even totally cooked, won’t even eat it, maybe add some stuff out of fridge and try to rebake. The small antipasto salad was TINY, in a small side container with a single roll of some kind of meat, about a cup (I’m being generous) of chopped iceburg and a few peppers on it. $4.99! Total rip off, over $50.00 bucks spent and I’m not eating, husband and son starving so they did, said it sucked.Called,no apologies,got zippo
Good food, but terrible service. I’d recommend delivery or take-out… dine in if you have a lot of time to spare and don’t mind being ignored.
