Fine dining. We a family of 5 used to eat here every week. We love this place but tonight for the first time we are un happy with our service.We booked a table as we wanted to make sure we could go straight in and sit straight down as we had my father in law with us.We got our starter/ salads and ate our entres then waited and waited and waited…..over 30 mins. We had 3 children with us who wanted to order dessert but our waiter was too busy fussing over a bigger table. We have never had to wait this long before. We didn’t order dessert or coffee and felt he was totally unworthy of his tip. We always had good service here but this guy was unbelievable.

I have got several pizzas here over the last yr and a half and never disappointed as for pricing yes its gonna be a little higher then your average pizza place because this a pretty big restaurant with overhead and cost of more than 3000sqft.the prices are fair to me ,but if you have kung fu grip on your wallet you might not like this place.you would be better off ordering from a pizza joint not a restaurant. My wife & I along with my parents have ate the food and pizza here, not one bad meal yet and the waiters were great too.Only complaint i have is 1 hostess and 1 girl working the cash register , i can say customer service manners were not applied in their training manuals.One girl was texting on here phone as i was waiting to pay for my food and gave me a look as if i was interrupting her and continued to text (very unprofessional). Another time a hostess didn’t seem to chipper to be working that day.All in all Positanos is still a good restaurant the waiters with good service and good food made up for the 2 staff members i complained about. another act of rudeness and i wont return. i have a 3 strike rule.
