I have been ordering from here for over 4 years and I am a registered member of their website. I placed an order online (which I always do) at 8pm for delivery. When the order had not arrived at 9:15 pm I called in to the store to make sure that my order had been received. I was hurridely rushed off of the phone and told my order would be arriving soon. AGAIN at 10:15pm I called bck to see the status of my order and the same young lady who rushed me off of the phone previously informed me that my order was not even being prepared and that she forgot to give it to the kitchen. I was livid she then rudely told me that the order would be there in 30 mins and hung up the phone. I called back and let her know that this was totally unacceptable and that I would never be ordering from here again. This place has the worst customer service in Altamonte Springs and its only a matter of time before they screw you over and tell you to live with it ….mark my words!!
Best Chinese around. I was born and raised here, and still this is the best (cheaper) Chinese around. I get crab Rangoon, fried rice and beef lo mein no veggies. My boyfriend gets wonton soup and egg rolls. We’ve been loyal since we found them. I saw the other comments, and a lot are old, one is from allergies. Maybe the communication barrier should have been a red flag and a better judgment could have been made. If you have allergies to certain things I would use more than one terminology (shellfish isn’t a common word in their dictionary when still learning English)
Great Chinese Take Out. I’ve had takeout from here well over a dozen times and never been disappointed. It’s good food at a great price with more-than-ample portions. The wonton soup is excellent as well. I recommend this for takeout if you live nearby.
