Sushi Done Right!. It’s the small details, compliments of the owner/chef, that set this place apart. Hand selected fish and seafood, homemade sauces and vinegar, and sushi rice that is both moist and flavorful. These are the reasons my wife and I to go to Sushi Hatsuhana regularly year after year. It is true that the rolls are on the smaller side, but I will trade quality and flavor for gluttony any day. Treat yourself to this restaurant and take notice how many people know the owner/chef by first name and vice versa he knows theirs. There’s a reason many people are regular customers at this place.
