Great Food. Kiwi’s is a great place to hangout and sit back.Food is always great, I never had a problem with any of the meals ordered. I choose kiwi’s to eat over most places because it is priced better 11am-3pm specials. I usually walk out paying $9 for a meal and two beers. I am not talking just a hamburger but different meals like fish tacos, chicken wraps, bacon grilled cheese,etc…..Also to note, the bathrooms are always very clean.
AWESOME!. I have ate at Kiwi’s many times and this pub and grill will keep me coming back. The atmosphere is great. Very clean for a sports bar. Awesome food, have never had a bad meal there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating from the minute you walk in. You are treated like a regular when you come in. They always have great drink and lunch specials. The portions for food are more than enough for anyone with a good price to go with it. Can’t wait until the next time I can get back to Kiwi’s!
From Great Dive Bar to Simply a DUMP. I have eaten here often at Kiwi’s, and stopped in today for lunch with my husband and daughter. The place was pretty empty, I counted 4 tables with people and 6 at the bar. We waited over 20 minutes before we were even greeted or offered something to drink.Our order was taken, simple order of a hamburger, corndog appetizer, and a salad with grilled chicken. It took an additional 20 minutes for our food to come out. In the meantime, we were brought a squeeze bottle of ketchup which was sticky on the outside, and had ketchup oozing out of the top,and also had old ketchup around the neck of the lid.Food was brought to the table, and the salad didn’t even have the chicken. The wait service was total not there, they seemed to have cared less. Although they did comp the salad.The TV was blaring, and the only relief was when someone played the jukebox and even that wasn’t very pleasant!I will never go back to Kiwi’s…it is such a shame that this once decent dive bar has now become noting more than a dump.
Awesome $4 Burger & Beer
Terrible service at the bar. Very rude and unwelcoming. Apparently, if you’re not a regular, they’d rather you hurry and finish your drink and move along. I don’t know how they are still in business. Also, food was overpriced and under portioned, even for bar food.
