Good place to go for Asian food. Nice place to go for Asian food, have been there several times and they have a good variety on the buffet. They have an hibachi grill where you gather your items that you want and they cook it on the grill for you to order. Food is good, pleasant atmosphere and priced moderately!
Cold Food, Unfriendly. Needs a lot of improvements.Ate at the Altamonte Springs, Fl. location 2/15/14 about 1:pm.All the food on the steam tables was cold to slightly warm, by the time I returned to my table it was all cold.The servers were not friendly, did not ask us anything, and didn’t thank us or say anything when we left.Also 4 of the servers sat in the dining room talking, folding napkins, and staring at us. Will never eat there again!
Disappointing. I dined for lunch at Koy Wan on Monday, December 9, 2013, a little after 12:00 p.m. As the restaurant was getting busy at that time of the day, they escorted me to a interior side dining room.The buffet is divided into sushi, hibachi, salad, soup, hot entre and dessert areas. I sampled items from each of the areas, except for the hibachi, and I was disappointed in each of my choices. I have eaten at numerous Chinese buffets throughout the Orlando region and I was definitely underwhelmed by what was available at this establishment. That being said there was a contingent of UCF students and the restaurant was certainly bustling. The $8.00 lunch charge may have a great deal to do with the large assemblage of individuals present but, the inferior quality of the food doesn’t justify even spending the $8.00 in my book.
Cold food stale sushi. Nice staff and decor. Awful food.
Double charge. My friend and I both went there twice, but when the end of month, I found we both had 3 bills from this restaurant. They overcharge you and you don’t know until the charge in. I have to dispute with credit card service company, they credit me back.don’t go there again, they collect your credit card information.
They collect your credit infomation. I got charged twice for both my dine in and my take out order on the same day!I went back to the restaurant couple days later, they refused to refund any charges; and I was told to dispute charges with my credit card issuer.Do you yourself a favor, don’t take the risk and waste you time in this restaurant!
