Food looks good but that’s about it. Cheesesteak was flavorless. Onions must’ve been over a day old, they had no zing that they should. Asked for mayo like a cheesesteak should have and was handed some nameless brand in a white packet. Only good thing here was the soda(which they have Fanta birch beer if you like. I prefer Polar brand cause birch beer should be clear not red). Can get a better sub at Wawa or Publix.
The Smell…. Every Philly Connection I’ve been too, including this location, have a very distinct smell. It reminds me of a mix of cleaning products and strong liquor, but regardless, smells nothing like food. I was never able to figure out what the smell was, but it’s very unappetizing. Especially when it’s for mediocre sandwiches.
