Absolutely super. Highly recommend
Adel’s tummy. I was AMAZED, amazed enough to come home, sit down, and write a review. My fianc and I were driving by late evening, decided to try Tabouli’s Grille. I had never been there before. He does not eat vegetables, so the lady put together a meal that blew him away. I had a Mediterranean salad w/ a chicken kabob. FRESH! FRESH! FRESH! even at 8:45pm. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend going there.
Makes you wonder about the good reviews. My concern is the few reviews that absolutely rave about the place are all single reviews (as this one is) and are all anonymous and they rave about everything from the food to the service which according to most others was poor to just bad. Makes you think they are employees or owners trying to offset bad reviews. Just a thought.My wife and I went there for dinner recently but left after waiting quite a while while the man behind the counter and the lady he obviously was training, struggled with making the order for the one couple in front of us. We are patient people but were not even acknowledged by the couple behind the counter for over 10 minutes. Finally we just walked out without ever even trying the food and we will not be back.
Fresh and Delicious! Family owned and Operated – Friendly and Helpful. Really delightful little place with the freshest ingredients and the young man who waited on me was very friendly and went to great lengths to make sure my order was accurate. I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t mind that it took a little longer than one would expect in a buffet line even though I was the first customer to arrive for lunch. I had never heard of avocado hummus and it was truly delicious. In this current environment of chain restaurants and fast food franchises I was happy to see an independently owned and operated spot working so hard to deliver good food at a good price.The owner spent some time chatting with me about current events while we watched CNN and he seemed like quite a nice man. His employees seem very devoted to him. Things picked up as noon approached and he immediately went behind the counter and started assisting his staff to wait on other customers. They were quite busy and seemed to have a lot of regulars. I know I’ll be returning again.Splendid experience! can’t wait to go again this weekend with my wife.
Delicious…Everything Homemade…Freshness beyond compare! NOT another chain restaurant!. Taboulis is a special place to have a delicious Mediterranean meal. Family owned and operated, if you are a regular you can expect the staff to know what you want and sometimes even recommend something new and different once they get to know you. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh and pressed perfectly so as to not wilt the lettuce. They put the beef or chicken right on the grill and even use a little marinade to give it a little kick . I love when the friendly restaurant manager recommends something different than my usual order of a Greek Shwarma and I especially love how he has learned how to prepare my order whether I am taking it out or eating in. I like the stuffed grape leaves heated and I don’t even have to ask him to do it. He always has a smile on his face and is eager to make sure the food is right.And the Baklava…it is HOMEMADE!!! Nothing out of a box here! Just delicious! They also make what has become my favorite snack – a Avocado Hummus that is completely original and absolutely spectacular! I will confess I have tried to copy it as home and have not even come close…It is served with Pita chips but I usually just eat it with a spoon…a truly delicious dish!I don’t know where the other people that had written review for this restaurant are getting the negative experience…and I would suggest that they give it another shot because it is worth being a regular at Tabouli’s!
Great tasting food but service is a little lacking. Took 10-15 to get order in and food preppers were easily confused and distracted
I tried this place on a whim because I love Greek food and it was close to the theatre. The food was decent but not spectacular. We were being helped by someone new that had had no practice in making pitas and clearly did not know the menu. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere and the other gentleman that was working there definitely knew about the food and ingredients. He was friendly and helpful and had great customer service.
