Thanks for charging my card twice – I really appreciate you trying to steal money from me. It’s not my fault you didn’t like being called out for terrible service. What a pathetic management staff. Wow. Just wow.10 Mar, 2014Terrible. 45 min from time we ordered and asked waitress where our appetizer was… We could see the food up in the window for 10 min. She said she would have her manager take things off the bill for the delay (he refused) she brought all out food at the sane time…. 10 min later. Didn’t offer or bring any condiments, so we grabbed them ourselves. Food was cold, and over cooked – the tops of the burger buns was hot from the heat lights… When the check came, she over charged us. We had a 10% off coupon, which her manager refused to let us use… Then she rang up the cards we paid with seperately for way more than the bill stated. She said she would go fix. She didn’t. Instead she rang up NEW charges on each card – which I am in the middle of disputing with my bank and them. On top of all this, the girls were not even attractive. Skimpy shorts sure, but they all looked like they came from the ghetto…. This was maybe my worst dining experience in FL, and FL is not known for great customer service to begin with!
