Long tradition. I have to say I remember as a kid always seeing his truck on the side of the road back in the day.I promise myself before I leave for PA(home) I am going to try it at least once in my life. I was a lttle girl, and now I am 46 and he is still going strong.I commend him for that.

Uncle Jones BBQ. Best pork BBQ and pork ribs in central Florida. I learned to eat pork BBQ in SE Virginia and eastern NC and this is in the league with the best. Probably the worse edifice, but he best food, since you are buying food and not real estate you can over look the edifice.

Great Bar-b-que. Some of the best barbque in central Frorida. The ribs are great and the buffet is the best for the price. Good down home cooking, great customer service for a small family owned business.
