Great concept, poor customer service. I have been super excited to try this cafe, I went recently and waited to place my order for approximately 7-10 mins however I was never greeted or acknowledged by the employee behind the counter. I would find it understandable if they were super busy but there were only about 3 customers ahead of me. I left without ordering anything eventually after about 10 minutes and I will not return. Good customer service can go a long way.
