Horrible. We have ordered from Ny pizza Baby on many occasions… The pizza is good however the past two times has brought us to never ordering from here again . A few weeks ago.. It took two hours for delivery . Ridiculous if you ask me. Last night we figured we’d try again and to no avail 2 hours and 15 minutes for delivery and the pizza cold! We called the restaurant only to get some young woman telling me it’s not her problem that the delivery took so long because they are extremely busy and that I should deal with it . Rude and unprofessional !!!!! Don’t expect business from us and expect no referrals to your place again
I’ll start by saying I enjoyed the pizza! But, I ordered pepperoni and meatballs, got pepperoni and saisage by mistake…garlic knots were not fully cooked, and the driver forgot the drinks….over and hour delivery time, but pizza was hot when I got it. Shouldn’t expect great service from pizza places haha but pizza was good and I’ll be back.
Yummy!! Perfect pizza. Just adding my voice to the choir. Ny pizza baby is a favorite of mine. It’s all about that crust. I think They HAVE to put something in the crust to make it so good, right? The crust is chewy, lightly flavored but not overpowering, strong enough to handle cheese, sauce, and pepperoni. Excellent. Try driving home with a pie in the seat next to you. I dare you. The scent of Ny pizza baby deliciousness will make you one-hand a slice before the second red light.
Worst Customer Service Ever!. Pizza sucked! Took an hour and 15 minutes to get my food!! Overcharged me it has been one week and I still have not gotten my refund even though I have called everyday and now they refuse to do any more for me other than my refund! Horrible customer service!!!

Used to be good…. When NY Pizza first opened up – the flavor of the food and quality was excellent. During the last few years, the quality of the food has diminished. The cheese and sauce recipe are not the same. The customer service is definitely lacking – young staff that has not been taught how to greet and want the customers to return again is evident even through a pick-up transaction. Nonetheless, it is acceptable italian food for Apopka.
Best Hot Wings Around. I order from NY Pizza Baby about 2 times a month and have always had great food with fast delivery. The pizza tastes like fresh homemade NY style and the subs are good too. But my favorite is their hot wings, their hot sauce is finger licking good and the heat starts kicking in after the 3rd wing… YUM
