I was the manager of the pizzeria for 6 months… it finally got to the point where I couldn’t stay any longer…. every employee is on some sort of drugs from them smoking marijuana inside the store to cooks going into nods at the fryers from heroin to cashiers popping pills… this is an eat at your own risk establishment… I do like the owners but this place is a complete mess
NY Pizza …Really??????. I have been there three times now, and it seems to get worse each time. where to star; the order took to long to make because the cook was talking to the hostess instead of making my pizza. I was not the only person waiting there for a while either. the guy making the pizza was in no rush to do anything working like he was at the DMV. it wouldn’t be so bad if the pizza and garlic knots came out as if he took the time to make them with care. I could have gotten a better dinner from publix frozen section. the garlic knot where not fresh there is a large pile of them sitting on the counter. they have an off taste to them and were partially burnt from being reheated. the pizza cheese is imitation as it does not melt properly has a large amount of oil and lacks any elasticity of real cheese. the sauce is sweet and tastes of old sauce being reused. and to top off my 38 minute wait after told I would have a 20 minute wait after I bought the dinner. my pizza was cold….COLD!!!!
