Yummy mm Gosh. I refuse to have breakfast anywhere else if not at home or Bridge Span. The Chef obviously cooks wholeheartedly. This is definitely the place to go to eat healthy organic, non GMO food. Family friendly place, nice humble people, ran by Husband and wife. If you like Bacon I suggest Marlas hash its a vegetable mix with bacon and eggs with thinly sliced potatoes cooked to perfection. with a scoop of sour cream. Huevos Rancheros are awesome too my friend orders them with the potatoes instead of the taco shell but I like both. I love going with her since we share both our plates to get the best of everything. Fresh squeezed juice seen them using a Masticating juicer which is good for saving nutrients. If I could change anything it would be that they would have a location everywhere.

Great food and friendly environment. Had the huevos rancheros for breakfast and it was amazing. Service was great and friendly. Place is great for organic smoothies juices as well. Overall awesone experience. Will be returning.
