Somehow it says that seating is not available. There are three tables inside and 3 tables outside. Each sit up to 4 people.This is a very charming place. Very friendly couple, who runs the place. I was there with my entire family for lunch today. My youngest daughter and I had our favorite Vietnamese food, Pho Bo Vien (Meatball soup). The rest of the family had vegetarian soup.Service was very friendly and very pleasant. Foods were served hot and fresh from the oven.Based on their menu, the average price for any of their items seems to be around $12.It is a place to come back more often.
