Excellent Indian food. Not sure what to get? They have a buffet for you. Great for first timers to Indian food. Spicy and not spicy food. Salads and desserts as well.
I love this place.I’ve been to this place several times with my family.We all like their huge selection of buffet for such a reasonable price.And we also enjoy their fine dining .The staff always take good care of customers in providing qualitative food.They have several must-try items on their menu.My favorites are appetizers,chicken tikka masala,tandoori items,naans.I started trying out their different biryanis.All are very different and mouth watering.Out of all,this place makes my little daughter smile every time we go there with their mango ice cream.
Great Food. My first time eating Indian food and I was not disappointed. Amazing chicken tikki masala and bhel puri. Will come back.
Change in service. I don’t know what happened. This has always been my favorite restaurant for Indian food. Went there 2 nights ago…..our waitress didn’t seem to know what was on the menu and had a hard time getting our order, which was straightforward, correct. Then, one of our meals came 10 minutes later than everyone else’s. I asked a man who seemed to be in charge what was going on, and he flat out blew me off completely. This is a big disappointment. I noticed the crowd was very light – maybe this has been going on for a while and I didn’t know. Anyway, I’mm willing to give it one more try, but if the service remains this bad, I’ll be going elsewhere on Indian food nights with my family.
Great food and good customer service.. I like everything about this restaurant.Good customer service from the time you walk-in.I have not seen such a huge lunch buffet anywhere else before for that low price.They have so many varieties of appetizers,veg,non-veg,desserts etc.,I really like the way how they displayed the names of the dishes very clearly on the buffet and the arrangement.I have been there few times and i’ve noticed that they have different items on different days.Mango ice-cream at the end is awesome.I like to eat there in the evenings as they have A La Carte in the evenings.Great ambience and great service.They really make the dishes how we like and the food is always hot and fresh and authentic.Me and my friends always look forward for their mouth watering appetizers.Their kebabs,tandoori items and biryanis are highlight.So me and my friends go there at least once a week.overall i can tell that 5th element is one of the must try restaurants in Jacksonville.
