Staff is not well trained. If you go during a busy time make sure you check in with the hostess to make sure you have not been over looked. I was at the location in Jacksonville,Fl, the Southside location. I was in a party of 6. My party was overlooked we waited for 45min and was told the wait would be 20min. When I advised the staff and management what happen. At that point we were the only ones standing and waiting to be seated. They did not acknowledge that they did wrong. The hostess and staff need to be properly trained on how to seat people, Maybe the name of the party needed to be called before seating them. Because the hostess thought she was seating my party, but it was another party of 6. As result of their mistake we did not eat. That was my first time there and will be my last. That is really sad because the food on the menu looked really good.

Foodie. Loved it..The food is amazing.I had the shrimp and grits. My friend had The Floridian Omelet added onions and bacon. Thank you Nick for taking time with us in reference to a future party there. Brandy great service.
Don’t have act together. Waited 45 minutes for a table and then finally left to go elsewhere. There were at least 8 open tables outside and several inside. I will not be back….
The wait staff is terrible – Long times for everything. My friend and I are having brunch (or attempting to), but we’re having to wait thirty minutes for a table for two. We asked for first available. There are nine open tables outside, all set except for one that needs to be bussed. Their status has not changed in twenty minutes. Whether they are under-staffed (which they shouldn’t be on a brunch Sunday after chruch) or whether they aren’t competent enough to fill tables, it’s a management problem. We ate here a month ago and also had extremely slow service, especially for cocktails. Every time we were about to complain, our waitress came by with something, so we didn’t. I will not return here after today because of these issues, which is unfortunate because my friend and I can walk here.I have attached a view of a five of the empty tables, one of which is being slowly bussed) to show I’m not crazy.
