Came here with a party of 9, seated promptly. The food was below average, and looked like crud when it came out. Service was downright awful, took forever for our food to arrive, much longer than it should have even with a party of 9, and our server never refilled a single drink, we had to ask for water refills.
Discussed. The service was terrible, The waitress spent more time talking to aquaintances than serving customers, We had a party of 8 and one of the orders was never given to the kitchen, When we ask for the Manager, we got another waitress from another area and near saw a manager…Will never recomend the place to anyone…
Just left the one on rivercity market area and we had the worst food and service ever. We frequent this place a lot and tonight made them lose regular customers. The place was not packed and it took us over 45mins to get our food and then sent out and old dessert. Manager was no help either just made excuses.
Whenever I am in town, I like to stop by BJ’s. It’s usually packed, and it is hard to get a seat. But the house drafts are good. There are good specials on Sundays for the NFL games.
No Saturday Happy Hour. No drink specials on Saturday 🙁
Food was fine but typical chain food. Service was horrible. Lunch hour yet was not packed but servers no where to be found. Finally had to flag another waitress down to served. Will not be back…top many options at the town center with better service and equal if not better food.
