Don’t waste your time eating here when you have better choices. This was our first visit ever to a BJ’s Rest. Couldn’t be more disappointed. Asked our server specifically what you were know for. She said pizza and burgers. So we ordered the pepperoni flatbread and a burger each. After some time, she told us the flatbread would be right out. Next thing we see is a different server bringing our burgers. App’s are usually there before your entre. My burger was supposed to have jalapeno’s on it (the picture on the menu was overflowing with them). It had so few you could count them individually and they were miniature in size. Asked for more sauce and jalapeno’s. Server took forever and never showed up with them. Then a girl shows up with the flatbread which we told the young man who brought our burgers to cancel. The manager came over and was a complete irritation (George). He has absolutely no idea how to handle complaints. He angered me so it is a wonder I was able to keep from throwing the burger at him. The table next to us also had complaints about their food. For the pleasure of getting to eat AFTER my husband was completely finished, argue with the manager, beg for the condiments that should have been on my burger…I got to pay full price. It will take a miracle for me and my husband to step foot back in this restaurant. Perhaps Brian Crocket is a miracle worker?
