Great food. Shrimp and lobster risotto were very well done and tasted even better. Pasta vodka my wife is still talking about the sauce. Had an amazing server as well. Very pleasant and enjoyable experience

This is my favorite restaurant. Every time I go there, I bring someone new and they love it! Not every item is particularly good, but if you don’t like it they’ll be super helpful, take it off the check, apologize like crazy and give you another option. The food does take time, but a lot of people think it’s ridiculous whereas other restaurants like Olive Garden actually have a lot of their entrees ready in 5 to 7 minutes for a few dollars less, so this is the real deal. The servers look and act professional and are a pleasure to be served by. I can’t get enough of this food and the interior helps the waiting time because it’s so beautiful. You need to eat at Brio.

This place is Awesome. I don’t understand the reviews. This is one of our destination restaurants. Clearly these reviews are old so go give them a chance. WE LOVE THIS PLACE. Special diet, no problem, I order the lamb or steak with no sodium and I get just that. One time the cook made the lamb perfect and bone-headed out and put the gravy over it. I flagged down the waiter, he apologized profusely, took it back, guess what fresh lamb came out, not one they just rinsed off and re-plated. Total recook…. Took my father, he asked for mashed potatoes, they didn’t have any, made him a LARGE pile. Another amazing night. When we walk in, the manager recognized us and said welcome back, glad to see you again. Next couple behind us he said hello welcome to Brio. So clearly its not a standard greeting. The next time we go I ask the same question I always do, I need low sodium food, can I please get something grilled no salt. The Chef personally came to my table to discuss my needs, and personally ensured it came out correctly. Then he came back 1/2 way through the meal to see how it tasted. These reviews are ALL WRONG…. Service is always stellar even on a busy Friday night. You want 20 minute food, then go to a place that microwaves their poor food like the Outback, or some other stellar chain store that sends the food out without a care and quick cook. You want a great meal. Order a salad and enjoy some bread and a cocktail while you are waiting on your carefully prepared food, not stash and flash food.

Alright food, WAY overpriced.. Waiter was nice and friendly, but barely came to the table and took the entire meal to bring me a refill on water. Mind you, we came when it was pretty dead and there were waiters sitting around at tables. Food was good, but WAY overpriced. I suggest not getting the soup unless you want to pay $5 for half a cans worth that you can buy for $1 at Walmart.

I brought my two kids and my best friend to eat here because we were in the area and wanted to try something new. Awful and very slow service. The 6 dollar soup we had was equal to maybe a half a can of cambels soup and wasn’t fNtastic server was no where to be found most of the time and they were very dead and there were servers chit chatting with nothing to do. I will never go there again. Way over priced and awful awful service. I was also told I couldn’t have a booth because I had a baby!! Never again

Good, not great, and overpriced.. I had a small reunion of high school friends at Brio in the St. Johns Town Center. Service was good, but a little slow. The food took about 50 minutes to come out, but we had salads, appetizers, and bread before that. Plus we were all talking so that wasn’t a large issue. If you don’t like loud restaurants, do not come here during a peak period, as the tall ceilings echo everything. The restaurant itself is beautiful, though. I ordered the chicken milanese, a caesar salad, and a Sam Adams Winter Lager. Salad was good, but small and not worth the extra $4.25 in my opinion. The chicken dish was good and flavorful, but uninspiring. It didn’t stand out at all, despite the lengthy description. I only tasted the chicken, noodles, and tomatoes, no other real flavors came through. For $21, I expected more out of the chicken milanese. Good restaurant overall, but not great or worth the money.

First and last time.. I stopped by the St. John’s location before the dinner rush. The place was very nice looking and the menu looked interesting if we could get someone to stop by the table. It wasn’t at all busy. Finally, a waiter…or so I thought. A waiter comes by to inform us he won’t be taking our order but the person who’s responsible for the table will be out shortly. Ten minutes go by and no one shows up. We look over two tables and there are 4 employees sitting down chatting. The first guy is walking around. No one can bother to even take our order. Finally, we just get up and leave. On our way to our car, some guy runs out and asks if anyone ever waited on us. There is no apology, no offer to come back in with a discount….nothing. Ridiculous! Never again.
