Wow! This place is a MUST! The veggie burger wrapped in lettuce is amazing (and not as messy as I had anticipated). The only thing surpassing the delicious food is the service. We had the pleasure of speaking to the general manager, and he alone is a reason to come back! I commend the company on hiring him–quite impressive, especially considering his age. He is definitely taking this location above and beyond expectation. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!
First class customer service!!! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Staff was very attentive and made sure that my family was well taken care of.

The food isn’t bad but it is way overpriced. The burgers are good but small. For the amount they charge I was expecting a much bigger burger.
Decent quality food that is a cut above for the Jacksonville market but pretty average overall. I was unimpressed with the high prices for such small portions but overall enjoyed myself.
I thought it was a bit pricey for what you get. Everything is separate. There is no children’s menu. A child would have to order an adult sized burger. The veggie burger did not have much flavor.
Worth it. Good food, quick and very friendly service. The burger meat itself is very flavorful, but the patties are thin, so get a double. The fries are awesome, especially parmesan fries. They are a bit shy with the toppings on the burgers, but the buns are great. Eat here!
