Run by idiots. Went to this Chipotle 2 days ago for dinner, place was messy, chicken undercooked, employees were having side conversations about smoking weed and got my order wrong because they were not paying attention to my order rather then their personal conversation. Manager was being loud in the kitchen swearing and also flirting with the female employees. It was just a really bad existence all around.
Best Food on Earth. The wait can be long at peak hours but Chipotle is the best food I have ever had in my life. Huge portions for okay-ish prices! I always get the chicken burrito bowl with extra brown rice. The hot salsa makes this the best burrito in the world no contest. I could honestly eat here every day of my life, I can’t even eat at Moe’s or Tijuana after trying this.
Around 5 years ago when we came, food was great and portions were reasonable, but today June 9, 2014, i was surprise as the servers will cut the portios as the Subway restaurants do. What a cheap guys.
I love the chipotle chain of restaurants, but the service at the Town Center location has become awful. Slow, moody workers, are always running out of meat(at peak hours) and act personally offended when you ask for extra rice.
Love this place. My husband and I go weekly for the burrito bowls.
I love Chiptole. As an organic family, their option of steroid and hormone free chicken is a big seller for me. All their toppings are also fresh and any of their dairy is also from hormone and steroid free cows. Their food taste awesome! So flavorful and delicious! Their portion size is great, every time I go to Moes I feel like I’m getting extremely jipped! They are soooo stingy with their portions. This Chiptole is particular, at town center, is incredibly busy at all times. We go atleast once a week, all different times, and it’s never not packed with an extremely long line. It’s also very difficult to find a table most times, which is really frustrating when you are holding food in one hand and a toddler on your hip. I always wonder if they have thought about expanding at this location. I’ve also found this location to be very clean in the food serving line. Just the other day a servers hat kept getting lose, and every time she went to fix her hat she removed her gloves, fixed it, and then put new gloves on.
I love chipotle but this has to be the most poorly managed location I’ve ever been to. The brunette that works the cash register will periodically leave her post and is very rude. (I was owed one cent in change, which she said shed have to go to the back to get, and I told her not to worry about it. She rolled her eyes.) today I went around 1:45. Line was huge, only about five tables actually eating, though. There were only two servers manning the line and it took at least twenty minutes to get to the front. It usually takes no time, but this location just can’t seem to handle more than a few customers at a time.
