  If there was a way to give no stars I definitely would. This has by far been the worst experience I’ve ever had in my five years of coming here. My husband and I were having a good time at the bar area after ordering food and playing a few games. I order my second drink which was a Hawaiian Mai Tai. 3/4 of the way in to my drink I notice three bugs floating in my drink!!! At first I thought it was the outer portion of the pineapple that was the garnish on my drink until I moved the ice around and saw wings on the critters. I pulled a bug out and placed it on the napkin so my husband can see before calling the waitress who then called the manager. I remained calm throughout the entire ordeal and the manager thanked me for not jumping across the counter as she would. She stated she would be livid if it were her. Then she left and no one came back to us. We had to ask for our bill after 10 minutes of waiting. The bill showed everything except for the last two drinks we ordered. I didn’t think it was enough but the manager said she thought it was sufficient. We paid our bill and left without providing a tip. The manager tracked us down in the parking lot and stated we would not be charged for our entire meal. The service we received after our complaint was terrible. We loved coming here before now. Dave and Busters #22 on Salisbury Road has definitely lost some loyal customers. We definitely will be calling corporate and reporting them to the Department of Health!

  Just ok… the food was not special. We had a large group and we all ordered something different. Their menu is huge with plenty of choices but everything ordered at our table was average. We had a great time hanging out with friends and playing games.
