Horrible, we called at 330 for lunch and was told to call back at 5 and they would be happy to take our order they just needed to finish setting up for a party. We decided to just snack and hold out until 5 for dinner since we had our hearts set on Turkish food. We called back at 5 to be told they are closed and still setting up for a party. I asked what that means, and if they are closed for the day she said yes. I asked for her name and I heard her laughing with someone in the background and then she hung up on me. Soooo unbelievably unprofessional. What she doesn’t realize is I handled ordering for a local corporate office that caters once a week and requested that we consider new locations to add into the rotation. Treating customers like this will lose you a lot of business.
We have gone to their place even before they moved a couple of years ago to this larger location. Their buffet is VERY good with a large selection of salads, meat dishes including fish and their dessert selection is quite nice. The service at lunch is done by the same people always and I think they are part owners. Everything is clean and very fresh. I even mentioned to my partner that I wouldn’t think twice of having them cater a function for us.
