The food is great but the service is horrible. I went inside and waited over an hour for 2 subs people were getting their food way before me and it was upsetting. I finally went to the cashier and asked when my food would be ready to my surprise my food was sitting there the whole time. I was mad. Next experience I went thru the drive thru the person on the other side of the speaker made me repeat my order 5 times and when I got to the window they didn’t know what my order was they almost gave me the wrong order then asked me to pull around so they could make my correct one fresh total chaos
Delivery sucks. I placed my order over an hour ago. It’s still not here yet. I called to checked the status of my order and was told that it’s out for delivery. The guy offered no apology whatsoever. I’m not sure why it takes over an hour to deliver when the place is less than a mile away from my office.
Always quality. I have visited this location once or twice a month for 3 years and I have never had the poor experience like some reviews talk about. I have had nothing but the best customer service and tasty quality subs. Larry’s is Jax based and uses organic, additive free ingredients. I think they are great!

Have always enjoyed larry’s. The ultimate is my all time favorite. This location has so many choices. Can’t wait to try the cuban next time.
