We called 4 times today to confirm a reservation for 17. One would think you are doing the restaurant justice by giving them a heads up. Each and every time we called we spoke with David the managing partner. Never once did he indicate that they don’t take or honor any type of reservation. Now why would you take the reservation not to honor it without having any intention of honoring the reservation? They know how to take the reservation but isn’t the holding or honoring of the reservation yhe most important part? Why let 17 people show up expecting to have a reservation? David was a smug shmuck and he picked the wrong guy. Nobody is going to try to ruin my sister’s birthday without consequences . I will make this sick man a viral sensation with the help of social media and the internet. Longhorn needs to recognize the inferior management at this location. Ready? Begin?
Great burger!. Had lunch with my Grandma on a Monday and it was decently busy. Had to wait a few minutes for a booth. I ordered a blackened burger with cheese, onions, and bacon. It was cooked perfectly! The baked potato soup was delicious and so was the rice pilaf. Our waitress was friendly and the overall experience was nice. Will definitely come back!
I won’t go back. The silverware was dirty, when I asked for more, it was also dirty. I waited ten minutes for more, then I went to restroom and washed it myself. we waited a long time for our food. two tables that arrived after us were served before us. when our food finally got to the table, my steak was so rare it was barely warm in the middle. I tried to eat it, the meat was very tender, but there was so much salt on it, I coudnt eat it. The manager did give me a complimentary dessert and comped the steak. 🙁
A Break from Turkey. Went here with the gf and some friends for dinner on 11/30/2013 as a break from eating turkey. We all enjoyed our meals. Plain and simple. The server was spot on, the steaks were all very good. First time I can say that eating at a steak chain restaurant was overall a very good experience. Prices were good, bread was good, salad was good……. no complaints.
The worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The waitress was an idiot and could not get anything right. Let alone be fat white trash seated next to us that was so belligerent and annoying I couldn’t hear myself think. The servers at the front were also idiots.
Could eat here everyday. I don’t know why, but I blame this restaurant for me being overweight lol. I love it! Steakhouse mac and cheese, strawberry salad, broccoli and potato soups, flo’s filet, mashed potatoes, broccoli, yum yum yummy!
Great Promotion But Lacking In Food Quality. Came in with my fiance for a brunch after seeing the Steakhouse Dinner For 2 advertisement on television. We chose an appetizer (Texas Tonion) instead of dessert. My fiance ordered a Caesar salad, redrock grilled shrimp, with the new sweet potato bits. I on the other hand chose the house salad, renegade top sirloin, with steak fries. Our waiter quickly greeted us, took our drink order, and returned promptly to take an appetizer order. The Texas Tonion was very good other than I asked for the sour cream drizzle to be on the side and when the appetizer came it was drizzled all over since a runner had brought us the food our waiter offered to take it back and make it right but we declined. Next the waiter brought us our salads the caesar one was great but the house salads lettuce was old, beginning to turn brown, and limp. When our entrees came out the redrock grilled shrimp were incredible overcooked and my steak fries were lukewarm. A waiter from a neighboring table stopped by to see how our food was and I told him about the fries which he quickly sent back. About 10 minutes later our waiter returned with my hot fries but by this time I had eaten all of my steak. I wish our waiter hadn’t gotten lost between our salads being served and our entrees coming so I could have sent back my fries in a more timely manner and actually been able to eat them with my steak.
