Do not go here or order from them. I called to place an order with them today for me and two other girls. The person taking the order was pleasant and told me it’d be twenty minutes. He called me back to tell me that my card wasn’t working and turns out they had the wrong number and he’d call me back if there were any more issues. About an hour later, I called to check on my order. One of the owners answered and told me he was not bringing the food to us because the last time he was here, the security guard wouldn’t let him in and he had to wait twenty minutes, that he didn’t appreciate how rudely he had been treated by our company and we were the rude ones. I asked him why he didn’t use the phone in the lobby and he kept deflecting to the security guard not letting him in. He said he doesn’t care if he loses our business and he wouldn’t be bothered to bring us food. I am appalled by how I was spoken to. This is the first and last time I will try to go through them.

The paella was huge!You could tell the restaraunt is new, had a few kitchen hiccups (missing cheese on cuban). Service was slow and not well versed on what came in each dish but hopefully these issues will work themselves out. The managed stopped by and welcomed us, she shared some of the specials and details on the events going on. 2-4-1 mojitos all day everyday!Over all worth a try, nice to see another Cuban restaurant in Jax.
