Disappointed. I hadnt been here since they opened, usually opting to go to PF changs instead. Decided to stop in for a quick bite, and this place is disgusting. Noone seemed like they wanted to be working. The tables were dirty with food sitting all over them, but the place was empty. Floor was dirty, highchairs were all disgusting (all 10 of them) with large pieces of food still on them and in the seats although they were stacked to be used. All the condiments were sticky. Noone lifted a finger to clean anything while we were there either. Won’t be going again. The food wasn’t even good enough to deal with how gross the dining area was.
Worst service. My husband’s good never came out and by they time they acknowledged it the rest if finished eating…. Still trying to get a refund as we speak.
I have tried several times to have a positive experience at this place but this will be the last. The sad part is the infrastructure is here but the management and staff are not engaged. I ordered a Korean style shrimp with no sesame seeds and an egg roll. I came around 1:30. The dinning area is a mess with many tables that have long been unoccupied with dirty dishes. My food takes 15 minutes to get to me and of course it has sesame seeds on it. The table I am sitting is dirty and sticky. I ask the server dude to wipe it off which he does but now it’s soaking wet. My dish finally comes but they completely forgot the egg roll. I ask them to bring it. In the meantime, I try my dish. Like other reviewers have said, it is way too salty. Very disapointing all the way around!! So, I will be saying sayonara to Pei Wei!

Not good! First off, the e…. Not good! First off, the entire menu and how to order is very confusing! The hostess/cashier was very rude! It was me and mothers first time there, and she treated us like we’re stupid. The the food was awful, I had the chicken teriyaki with brown rice. The food wasn’t hot, and the rice and chicken we’re literally drowned in teriyaki sauce; which was very unpleasant. And my mother got the lo mein which was over cooked and was mushy and gross. I advise to NOT go there! It was very unpleasant and ruined my evening.
Too Salty. Got the Bogogi beef because I was craving it all week.. took a large bite and nearly threw up. It was so salty I felt like my blood pressure shot up 50 degrees.
Great For Lunch. I’ve been here four of five times for lunch and each visit has been A+. I have gotten the Kung Pao shrimp on each occasion and have never been disappointed. The service is fast enough for lunch, the food is always hot and fresh, and the portions are massive. This is my new favorite restaurant at the Town Center.
