This was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. My wife, our daughter, and I came in around 6pm and there was only one couple in there at the time. We both ordered the ayce menu and everything we ordered was terrible. The edamame beans were under cooked and hard. My daughter will usually eat two bowls by herself and barely ate 10 beans. I ordered chicken fried rice and my wife ordered the chicken hibachi and the chicken was dry and chewy. We got our sushi rolls and tried at least two pieces from each roll and not a single roll was good. The service was terrible. They refilled drinks one time and when they noticed we had stopped eating they avoided us for at least 15 minutes before I said something. The lady walked over and said what’s wrong and I told her nicely that nothing we had was good and she argued with me. She said no no no this is all very popular. Everyone likes it. I said it didn’t matter if everyone liked it we didn’t like any of it. I said it is what it is. I would just like the check so we can leave. She brought the check with an extra charge because we left food on the plate!!! Of course we did because it wasn’t good. I was so fed up at this point I gave her my card so we could just leave. When I was signing the receipt she had the nerve to walk by with sushi another table ordered and said see look everyone likes it. They ordered it. I was astonished and asked for the manager I was told I could call tomorrow to talk to him. Stay away from this horrid place with terrible food, horrendous service, and no care for the customer.

The service was horrible, they refused to work with my food sensitivity. I will NEVER order from here again. And I hope you don’t have to experience this level of atrocity.We paid for our food, but the waitress seamed like she was used to seeing unfinished plates, after we paid she asked if it wasn’t good and then started to walk away leaving no real room for conversation, or an answer for that matter.

Great Sushi!!!. We have only had sushi…sorry to say, really plan on having more of their menu becauase their sushi is very good, very fresh. Beautiful plating, good customer service, and very clean. The freshness (and cleanliness) is the best part to me. Their Roe is fresh, not marinated. Have been 20-30 times never had anything bad or have never been disappointed.
I have never liked sushi before. I am not a fan of sushi. My wife and I took our daughter and her teen daughter there for lunch today because they wanted sushi and she offered to order for me. Eight kinds of sushi arrived and i loved all of them. Good service, friendly staff, and I’m already planning to return for more.
This place is HORRIBLE!!! They messed up our sushi order twice and then told us that we were in the wrong some how. Their steak was chewy, bland, and cold. The chicken was overcooked and extremely dry. Don’t waste your time or money. Worst Japanese restaurant I’ve ever been to.
This place is amazing! The presentation of the rolls and the quality of food are very nice!29 Jul, 2012The sushi is fresh with wonderful presentation! Every time we go there, the service is amazing. We’ve been looking for a nice place and found this one. The atmosphere is enjoyable.
