Excellent food and atmosphere! Fish tacos are unbelievable.
Attentive waitstaff and clean restaurant. Food can be hit or miss, but the burgers are usually a safe bet. This could be a pro or con, but on the weekends, it can be Cougar Central.
First time last time. We decided to take a chance in eating at a different restaurant. That was the mistake right there. After waiting what seemed like an eternity to even get our appetizer, we had another wait to get our food brought out. In sections. Our sandwiches came and then 5 minutes later, our fries came out on one plate. After complaining to the manager and still not having our complete meal (they didn’t bring out the coleslaw) they said they would bring it.they then brought out 2 of the 3 coleslaws. During all this time, the server did not once apologize and only said 1 word to us as we left. Needless to say, this was by far the worst dining experience we have had. And judging by the 4 previous reviews, it isn’t getting better.
Disappointed. When friends of mine came to town for a visit, I was excited to take them to Seven Bridges. I hadn’t been in a while but enjoyed the food during past visits. Unfortunately, this time around our experience was horrible. It took 15-20 minutes just for the waitress to come by and get our drink orders and another 45 minutes before we had our drinks and appetizers. While waiting for our entrees, we wound up going up to the bar to get our next round of drinks because the waitress was no where to be found (to be fair she was covering a lot of tables, they seemed understaffed). After we’d been there an hour and a half, she told us that due to a new menu the kitchen was backed up and offered a free soup or salad. We declined and kept waiting. The food finally came out and was terrible. Between our group we had burgers, salads and enchiladas, but everything was bland and overcooked. Although they did agree to comp our appetizers as an apology for the long wait, I still wound up paying $30 for food I didn’t like and waited two hours for (on a Tuesday night, not even a super busy weekend). I don’t know if they’re under new management or had someone in the kitchen quit or what, but I was extremely disappointed and will not ever go back.
We had dinner there for the first time Saturday night, party of ten. When the food came out, three of the orders were not correct. My Daughter’s food never came out. 35 Minutes later, a Manager told us they were training new waitresses. An hour after everybody had finished their dinner my Daughter’s food came out. The Manager never offered to compensate us for the huge mistake in any way and ended up paying full price for an average dinner and way below average service. Never again!
