Great wings!
Now thats good Eaten. I went here on Saturday with my girlfriend and her family an was not disappointed. Got seated fast and service was great an there food was nothing but flavor, I could’ve ate brisket and mac &cheese all night long
I don’t know what happened… I’ve been to to this place over 15 times. Whenever I crave chicken fingers, this is where I go. Chicken Fingers are delicious, the corn on the cob is outstanding, and the baked potato is always good. I have noticed some things lately though. The staff are extremely slow and non energetic. Not to mention..the place is always empty. When it first opened and a few years after that, this place was packed! Now, you get seated right away (well after the hostess’ realize you’re standing there and they decide where to put you.) I guess this place lost it’s touch. I still come here for the chicken fingers though and I will continue to do so. Give it a try, and maybe, just maybe this place will get it together again!
Service was just ok, ribs were good, not as good as 1 year ago, seems like it lost its touch, might not come back
Saved our Fourth of July. When the home A/C died early on the 4th, and the temps crept closer to the 90s indoors, Sticky Fingers saved the holiday. By far, they make the best smoked chicken wings in town. The meat falls off the bone. We devoured 20 wings, and then went on to enjoy the ribs with Carolina Sweet sauce (some of the meatiest ribs I’ve ever gotten at this restaurant) and delicious brisket combo. The sweet potato fries are no longer on the menu (why? we ask) but we ordered them and they were scrumptious. The baked beans are awesome. I also ordered the mac and cheese as a side, and I have to admit I was less than thrilled…too saucy and it tasted like process cheese. Go back to your original homemade tasting mac and cheese side. Wait service was super, and prompt. Greet staff was cheerful, and best of all, the air conditioning was welcomed. Thanks for saving our holiday, Sticky Fingers.
Must have been a bad night…. Had dinner at this location tonight. Main issue was service. We walked into 4 young ladies standing around the hostess stand and took them about a minute and a half to realize someone needed to be sat. Then, it took about 30 seconds to decide which table. The hostess then came back about 5 minutes later to ask if the waitress had come by yet and if not, to get our drink orders. Since we wanted to know what was on draft, she had to go get another waitress but finally our waitress came over. After ordering, it took half an hour to get our food, and when it came, my fiance’s was cold. Everything on his plate except the sausage was cold. We sent it back and my fiance was upset enough that he didn’t want it back. I boxed up the rest of my food and elected to go home. The one light in the evening was the manager – he asked originally what was wrong and could have just comped the meal and been done. However, he had everything remade and boxed up for us to take home (to let the food speak for itself). Ended up comping most of the bill too. Very polite and apologetic, which was more than the waitress did (she never acknowledged it). My fiance was happy with the food when we got home. Given the decency of the food when it was hot and the manager’s assistance, we may give this place a second chance sometime in the future.
Mmmm… Talk about good food. I’ve only had one had experience at sticky fingers when my half rack was all grizzle. But ever since then I’ve craved their food. The ribs are fantastic along with their sandwiches, burgers, and wings. The sides are even better I think. I could probably live off of their baked beans and coleslaw. The service has always been polite and quick.
