A must dining experience! This place is awesome and a lot of fun! The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and the staff and service is excellent! Perfect for a date night or just a night to get away from the kids and end a long work week.
Exceptional server!!!. We dined in at the melting pot of Jacksonville and josh was our server. He was amazing and we will ask for him everytime we dine in!
Amazing!. From the 4 course dinner, to the exceptional service and the fabulous environment, The Melting Pot is a fantastic date night spot! You start off the dinner with a cheese fondue, your server will be making it table-side. (I always ask their favorite cause no one else would know the best tasting cheese other than them!). The cheese fondue is the appetizer course, you get apples, veggies and bread to dip into it.The entree course is the fun part! Who knew cooking your own food would be so delicious? The dipping sauces are deeeelicious!The night gets ended with a bang with the chocolate fondue, this time we asked our server, Drew, his personal favorite and he recommended one that isn’t even on the menu! A banana fosters chocolate fondue! AMAZING! We could just come to eat that every week.
Best time in a long time. Had a good night out with the wife. Bryan had us in tears laughing, and bringing positive energy to our experience. We look forward to returning soon!
1st anniversary and will be back. We came in for our 1 year anniversary, and had JT as our server. He made our night very pleasant and memorable for such an occasion. The cheese was delicious but we got our chocolate to go and ate it later. This was such an amazing experience we will definitely be back very soon.
Great nite out. Came to the melting pot with a few friends. Highly recommend people to visit if they haven’t done so. If you haven’t tried fondue your definitely missing out. The cheese course is prepared right in front of you! a fun place to enjoy a new dinner experience. 100% recommended
What an awesome experience!. Our server Bryan was the most courteous waiter we have ever encountered. Impeccable timing and an award winning smile. I cant wait to come back to have him serve us again.
