Came to The Melting Pot for my mom’s birthday dinner and OMG why haven’t I discovered this place sooner?? Service was amazing, our server Drew was very outgoing and made great recommendations for everyone. There were constantly people walking around refilling drinks and clearing dishes. I don’t think anyone’s drink fell past half full. That’s how I know this restaurant has high standards for service.
I used to come in the melting pot all the time but I moved away last year. Where I live now their isn’t one, but I came to melting pot last week and lucky me I had my old server JT. JT is always great and always remembers my order. The 4 course option is always what I go for, the cheese, salad, entre, and chocolate are always delicious. Lastly, a mother great thing about the melting pot menu, it is always changing.
Melting Pot had a Veteran’s Day special so we went by with a group, as recommended. It made the event very enjoyable as you were able to try more than one choice. The meal took around 2 hours but the service was great and they were very attentive. Definitely a good spot for a special occasion.
