These guys have the best Stromboli’s in the world. I am greatly impressed with all their food it is Ginuwine Italian! I will be going again and again as a regular; you must go even though the wait can be long…. it is definitely worth the food! Menu also is a little limited with variety and could use room for expansion. I gotta give it a high mark on hospitality and food!!! It is also a very small place. ..no room for dining

MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STRONG ACCENT MANAGER. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. If you don’t and experience terrible customer service from him, which will include, getting cursed out, yelled at, and hung up on you cannot call corporate as all Vino’s Pizza & Grill locations are independently owned. But even though they are not corporately owned and if the manager is reading this, you will soon close your own business so continue to treat your customers in the way in which you do.
Food is good but the employees are rude
Omg what a waste of 30 bucks!! That’s my first and last time ordering from there. The food was disgusting bland and of poor quality ingredients. I mean seriously though, how do you screw up a tuna sub?!? Subway would have sold me something that tasted better!! It’s a sub, not rocket science. My appetizer was soggy and old and stunk up my hotel..which was only a mile away it’s not like they had to travel across town so why was it so soggy and gross and why are they serving old stinky calamari.. I’ve ordered from dolces (i believe was the name used to be on San Jose) and never got nasty soggy calamari delivered. The pasta dinner that we ordered was disgusting..had to put napkins in it to soak up the layer of oil sitting on top of the food. The ricotta was old and disgusting. I’m suprised they are serving food like this and it’s still considered a legitimate restaurant. Whoever cooked my food has another no experience or skill in what they are doing and needs to step out of the kitchen. I’m Italian these are similar to the dishes my family eats and i don’t expect it to be completely authentic but this wasn’t even close. This was disgusting and most importantly old and spoiled soggy stinky food that i wasted 30 dollars on. The owners need to reevaluate their kitchen staff because they are a complete joke. When i say their cook has no idea what they are doing i mean it. The best thing out of everything were the chips that came with the sandwich!!!! Don’t waste your money. they have NO business trying to sell this mess and sad excuse of Italian cuisine
I ordered delivery and the menu did not have proper descriptions of the food for example we ordered a chicken specialty pizza and it said it had chicken and several cheeses on it when it arrived (cold and burned) it also had tomatoes on it which my boyfriend doesn’t eat when I called to ask the owner if he could send us one without tomatoes he said sure In an hour and a half I said we did not want to wait that long and asked if we could just be given a credit for next time or a discount on the food tonight since I payed cc and he screamed at me and told me he didn’t give things away for free. I have never before complained about food but this was overpriced and had several problems with it which is the only reason I called and the owner was so rude and outrageous! Don’t ever eat here its Terrible!!!!! Bad food bad service!!!!!!!
Absoulutely best bizza and wings in baymeadows hands down.fresh ingredients ,real italian homestely pastas. Friendly stuff warm welcomes very time.i Love this place! Get the BBQ chicken wings with Ranch 😉
