Don’t eat here. I went in with my husband and 3 yr old son at 5 on a Saturday thinking food would be fresh, quick and I could get my son home in time for bed. I asked for a booth but they didn’t have any. The server came up before I could get my son into his chair and before I could finish a drink order she had already walked away. My husband and I got my son a salad and s+s chicken and grabbed salads for ourselves. About 5 minutes later I managed to get my son a water. The whole point of going to a buffet is to get inexpensive decent food and (if you have kids you know) get out quickly. Our bill was $44 for two salads and about 2 chicken fingers. Both my husband and I were feeling an upset stomach and didn’t even get to have a second plate. I then called the mgr who made me hold to mix blender drinks. At least she called me back to apologize and tell me their 2yr staff was working on their food quality and freshness.
Waste of money. Sushi all but nonexistent in rice wraps. Food on the cooked table smelt burnt. Some of it was cold. Very different from when I was here last. Would highly not recommend. BTW i never got a refill on my drink either.
Was decent at one time but it is obvious that there had been a change in ownership. Really bad now!
It was the worst dining experience ive ever had, if the food didn’t taste like it was hours old it looked like it would give you food poisoning, thw sushi had a odd flavor and the raw chicken you would use for the the hibachi grill had a slime on it…please dont eat here i was actually afraid of getting food poisoning
HORRIBLY BAD ON EVERY LEVEL. The buffet is horrible to say the least, but you know that, just by reading the consistent reviews on the poor quality of the food. Now this place is offering dim sum. They actually paid some guy to come from Asia to handle the dim sum. I have a hard time believing that story. Having had dim sum in San Francisco for years, (the equivalent of having Chinese weekend brunch) I have to warn you that this is not the real thing. It is bad. I don’t know why a restaurant who cannot handle a buffet service well, would branch out with dim sum. Save your money, hopefully Jacksonville will have a very good dim sum in the future, but definitely not now.
