Friggin Amazing!!!!!!. Newly Named!!! Keep that in mind when you look for this place ;0)The new Chef Justin is taking this place to a whole new level and I am happy to review this restaurant as even better than before! This is a quaint upscale bistro that leaves you feeling special (both the chef and the owner made an effort to check in with everyone dining). Attention to not only the fabulous food, but also customer service that you would expect from a $$$$ restaurant. I personally had the Braised Beef Crepe as well as sharing a cheese plate. The wine selection was generous and I am very picky about my beef/fat content and was pleasantly surprised by this meal. I would recommend this place to anyone.. and I wouldn’t be surprised if the next time I dine there I will need a reservation to get in ;0)

Comfortable bit of france. We have gone to le bouchon bistro for many years which of course is a compliment that speaks for itself. The service has always been very friendly and efficient. Le Bouchon is an unpretentious, delicious reminder of bistros we’ve visited in France. (Do wish they’d serve a bit more of mashed potatos as a side.) Whether on a date night or with friends it is always a good choice. Try it you’ll like it!

Wonderful Husband/Wife Date Night. After hosting our daughter-in-law’s bridal luncheon there, I had to take my husband to meet Edward and Christian. We had a great date night. Okay, this is not so French — but let me tell you, Tito could be mistaken for Santana. He was on guitar and playing beautiful music, some of Santana’s and it was a great pleasure to enjoy his music. No dance floor, but that did not stop one couple — and they could DANCE! We had a lovely night, great wine …. I had the pork with a dijon sauce (ooh la la) and my husband had the beef bourguignon (Julia would be proud!). We had a very nice bottle of red wine and delicious dessert. The chocolate fondant is incredible — the cocoa is supreme; however, I think it needs another name ….. it is smooth and velvety, like mousse on steriods, but it has body to it. If you love chocolate you will love this, especially with red wine. Price is reasonable and portions are moderate. Oh, I did not care too much for the brie appetizer and I love brie. Christian …. I think this one needs more TLC from you. Relaxing, not snobby. Fun, like visiting friends. (Overall Experience: 8.5/10)22 Nov, 2011Great Bride’s Luncheon – A++++. We hosted our daughter-in-law’s bridal luncheon here: a luncheon for 20. Edward and Christian (the chef) were great! We had a pre-set menu or wonderful choices. The appetizers were pre-ordered for our guests. It was a Derby Hat party and Edward made it a blast. Christian is a wonderful chef and the food was fabulous. All our guests had a great time and raved about the food! The desserts are wonderful. Friendly and non-pretentious!

Simply Awful. My wife and I will never go back to somewhere we’renot appreciated as a customer to begin with ever again..We have dined all over the world but never thought we would have to visit the rudeness of France all over again…

Gotta Eat Here!!!. This is one of my top three restaurants! I received a huge diamond ring from my boyfriend during a special Valentine’s Day dinner here. The food is excellent, too!
