Chicken Time is some of the best Cuban cuisine I have had (note that I have lived in Miami), and so the fact that it is in Belleview, Florida of all places makes it that much more special. I will begin by saying that everything here is wonderful; the food, service, price, and environment defeated all of my expectations. The chef has 5 silver plate awards adorning the food pickup window, and it is clear why. The empanadilla I had was cooked to absolute PERFECTION, so much so that it about outshined my entre, which was their Cuban sandwich. The Cuban was very balanced in flavor and every ingredient, from the bread to the sauces was just right. I can not recommend this place highly enough. If you live or work anywhere near Chicken Time, you owe it to yourself to try out this hidden gem.
