13 American Table is a family owned restaurant located on the North side of East Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton. The owner, Alberto Aletto, did not get the name by counting the amount of tables (there's actually 25 tables), but rather by honoring the foundation of the United States of America. Aletto, the proud son of Italian immigrants, is a first generation American who truly embraces the idea that the United States is nothing short of a melting-pot of different cultures, bringing with them different styles of cooking and a wide variety of flavors from all over the world. The "13" represents the beginning, the 13 stripes on the Flag and the 13 colonies they represented. The menu is a tribute to how we view American Cuisine today. Our unique and delicious menu, craft cocktails and intimate setting provides for an exceptional dining experience that is as casual as it is elegant. I liked that the food had interesting favors. It is a small restaurant. We were there for dinner on a Saturday night and the place did fill up quickly. There was a lively crowd at the bar too. It was a nice little restaurant.

Small but nice atmosphere. Service was great. We had Broccolini for appetizer and I had Rigatoni and my wife had catch of the day. Food was really good. Highly recommend while in Boca
The owner was extremely rude and confrontational when we had a question regarding our bill. We have dined at this restaurant a few times but will never return as he has ruined the ambiance for us. The wine is grossly overpriced.
