Service was average. Blackened snapper was great. Boom boom shrimp is a must. All day drink special is a good deal.
Disappointing :-(. Service was horrible!!! Food mediocre. Spend $70 on dinner for two and still hungry. No see ums had more to eat than we did. Had planned on getting keylime pie but just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.
Crab shack classic.. We got the crab dip… Awesome!!! 9.75 !!! Smoked seafood dip was incredible. Hot crab dip also incredible. Fried calamari was great. A+ quality. Service was good. A+ all the way. Enjoy.
Turn around!. Whenever we drive by, this place is always busy, so we figured it must have great food and service. Wrong. We went there on a busy night around 7 pm. Upon arriving, we went in to put a name down on the wait list, and were greeted by a blonde hostess who looked very stressed and as if she had no clue what she was doing. We noticed the place was rather small and the tables on the far end all looked too close to each other. We waited for about 25 minutes and were finally seated at a tiny low table in the middle of all the commotion. We were starving and did not want to wait any longer so we didn’t ask for another table. They give you this large piece of brown paper as a tablecloth which seemed like a hassle for the hostess to set down, and made the place feel even cheaper. Why would we even need it? We’re 50 something year olds, not a couple of toddlers. The waitress came and greeted us, however, she acted rather cold and kept glancing at her other tables while we attempted to order, like us being there was an inconvenience. It took her a good 5 minutes just to bring a glass of water and a fountain drink. Our food also took a while to arrive. After all that waiting, we finally got our food, only to be extremely disappointed. The soft shell crab was disgusting, my wife’s grouper even worse, and don’t even mention the soggy mess they try to pass as garlic bread! The price for this awful meal was also ridiculous. I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again. Save your time and money and skip this place, I know I will.
Food was not good, kids are supposed to eat free but they put the charge on the bill in hopes you’ll miss it.
Great affordable seafood. Seafood was fresh. Friendly waitress who was helpful with the menu. Fries are so crispy and great. Becareful with the hot sauce..very hot! Ruined y taco with too much sauce. prices were great compared to other fresh seafood establishments.. Best corn crab chowder ever.
