  Chilis u never go wrong.Food is better than many expensive restaurants Is close to my house so I place my order pick up n voila is always good

  I just had the worst experience in a restaurant I’ve had in such a long time. After waiting 40 minutes for my appetizer I decided to leave and ask for my bill for the one drink I add. But the waitress said she would ask for the manager even though I didn’t ask for him. The next thing I know is the guy is clearing the table next to me as if he was a busboy. With the waitress beside me I asked if he was the manager and she said yes. When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me but I called later and found out his name is Tyler. This is a manager who lacks professionalism because he didn’t want to hear my concerns. When I said I didn’t really ask for him he said well then just leave. What kind of manager in a well-known restaurant like this would tell a patron to leave even though I didn’t make any qualms about the service.I didn’t bother going any further but did say that I would write on every social media site that I could about his treatment of me.He told me to leave the restaurant and the waitress would pay for my drink. Why would the waitress have to pay for my drink when he was the one who initiated the anger in me about the service I received from the waitress but from him directly.This place leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and from the reviews I can see why. I don’t plan to stop going to Chili’s but I do plan to never visit this Boynton Beach location ever again.
