Finally! A quaint little place walking distance from our condo…in Downtown Boynton Beach. This darling restaurant really delivers with upscale salads, (love my Cobb), soups and sandwiches. Also we love an omelet with fresh spinach and fresh mushrooms on our Sunday visits! The owner and staff are so friendly and this is the kind of place ya wanna keep coming back to as its really hometown. The items on the menu are good solid American food without anything too unusual. Prices are reasonable and we in East Boynton have waited long enough for a coffee shop atmosphere. Kuddos!!
Great Breakfast Place. My wife and I have eaten here several times and it is consistently good. It is a homey relaxed place that offers a solid breakfast at a fair price. Today we have the almond pancakes and the raisin and cinnamon pancakes and both were perfect! The bacon was done right also. The other thing we like about East Ocean Caf is that unlike many other breakfast places in the area, they don’t kick us out when we bring our Starbucks coffee. They are welcoming and very nice people there… try it out!P.S. for some reason this says we are from Miami – we are locals from Delray Beach!!!
East Ocean Sandwich. This cafe is my new favorite spot. Hats off to the chef for authenticity and consistency! Everytime I go I get the same breakfast sandwich with ham and dreamy home fries and its always just as perfect as the last. Delicious cakes as well, very reasonable prices, friendly atmosphere and immaculate. All reasons why i will be back again and again. Thank you to the entire staff- you have a very happy long term customer :-)-Rose Leah
Not worth it. The potatoes were undercooked and the pancakes were dry. For these basic menu items, I’m not going to this out-of-the-way place. I’d rather go to DJs on the main road and eat food that is cooked properly.
Boynton Beach has its Diner!. East Ocean Cafe is what Boynton has needed for a long time. A locally owned diner with a good menu, friendly service and nothing to make you think you walked into a chain. Breakfast was great and the French toast is not to be missed.

Great little cafe with friendly staff, great food and VERY reasonable prices! Cindy the owner came to our table and engaged us in conversation about our experience. You can tell she wants everyone to enjoy their food and experience. I’m so excited to have a local cafe with affordable prices! .. And the owner said she is getting outdoor tables so people can bring their dogs! Yeah!!!
