GREAT MEAL. We bought a special online for holiday mean for Thanks Giving.. have to say one of the best meals. We got beef brisket, so soft, tender, delicious. I ordered over phone. Order was ready when I went to pick up, packaged and ready to go. Lots of food for the price. I will going back soon.
The Biggest Secret in Boynton Beach. My Book Club consisting of 8 women have lunched at The Secret Garden Caf 3 times.The food is simply delicious.Chef Sylvia & Chef Lynn prepare mouthwatering dishes. Their use of organic foods & herbs provide for amazing flavorful dishes. The Chefs aim to please by preparing your dishes specifically to accommodate your taste buds.The Kale Salad & Curried Chicken are among our favorites.The entire staff at the caf makes you feel as if you are in their home. Do not leave without tasting a luscious dessert. Our favorites are the peach Cobbler & Brownies. This is a must go to caf.
Good food, good bargain. I stopped in just to check out the place and the lady behind the counter asked if i would like to try their salmon lunch special. as i looked around the store, she got the food prepared. in less than 10 minutes, i was in and out quickly and also bought delicious fig jam (think fig newtons, only much better!) the lunch was delicious.
Bad service. We will never go back there. Service was horrible. The waitress we had, didn’t greet us and only provided 1 menu ( we were three). We waited over an hour for our food, then only my food and my daughter’s food came. Another customer,who came after us received food before us. My husband’s food came when I was finished already with my food. His ordered orange juice never arrived. His food then was cold and another waitress asked if she could reheat the food, but my husband didn’t want at this point his food anymore.Service was just unprofessional, not trained and unfriendly. The waitress excuse was that it’s a non- profit organization. Will never go back!
Very rude and unwelcoming staff! My fianc and I stood around waiting to be greeted for 10 minutes only to be told my the rude waitress that there was a wait as she proceeded to walk by us. I bought the deal on groupon and will definitely be requesting a refund. It’s sad because I was really looking forward to trying out these new place but that waitress and her attitude ruined that. Secret cafe will NOT be getting my business or recommendations.
One of Many Happy Campers. My husband & I recently had lunch here & enjoyed a wonderful meatloaf & salad. I’m especially drawn to the Secret Garden Cafe’s mission: ten percent of all profits goes to the Community Caring Center of Greater Boynton Beach food pantry and the delivery of food to 100 elderly & frail shut-ins. CCC also supports the organic growers & chefs-in-training that staff the Cafe. Give it a try & if it’s busy be a little more patient than you would be in a standard commercial restaurant. There’s a lot going on here and it’s all good and for the good of the community.
