Absolutely terrible. My delivery took over an hour to get to me and when it finally arrived I received the wrong roll and other items were missing. Driver calls it in and says he will be back soon. About 45 mins later I get the roll still wrong. At this point I didn’t care because I was starving. The other food that was supposed to be warm was cold… Called sushi masa and they only offered me a 15% credit …not only that the food is way over priced. Low quality. Would never EVER order from there again!!!!
Thieves. My husband and I have been going here for year, about 2 days ago we went in again in hopes of our usual sushi for two. This time the first thing we noticed was that the staff was different and they just looked annoyed. We continued and ordered our usual dish, they brought us the wrong boat..so we explained to them that we will not eat a quarter of that and if they could just bring us the missing rolls, like we requested..after waiting a while and trying to explain to them that we do not like the sashimi they brought us I was so incredibly frustrated, they made me feel as if I was annoying them, and just made the whole experience horrible. Once they brought the right boat the food was not as fresh as it used to be, the wasabi was hard as a rock and the crab seemed rubbery. After having a horrible experience we decided not to leave a tip, considering we had not been served water and had to beg our waiter for attention in a nearly empty restaurant. So after I checked my statement they decided to give themselves a 15% tip, must be nice I guess they felt they deserved it. I just signed off on a dispute at my bank..They just lost a longtime customer, its a shame really because my husband and I used to love this place. I was willing to let this go and not write a review, until they tipped themselves..that’s the last straw.Lilly
Consistently Good Service and Quality Dishes. This is a reliably good Japanese-Thai restaurant. The atmosphere is roomy and relaxing; there are several private dining booths. The servers are always cordial, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The food is always delicious and reasonably priced.
Pretty good food, awkward service. I guess they are more used to take-out than sit down because the waitress was nice and made sure I had everything but she sort of just added things (tea, bowl, napkin) next to me at random. It was kinda funny. They don’t speak the best English but all the best Japanese places are like that.The sushi was pretty good. I’ve had better for cheaper in San Diego but unless you can fly across the country every week this place is good enough.
The worst serivce EVER!!. Everytime I order food for pick up they mess it up. Poor quality, terrible people and scrupulous business practices. I warn you never GO there. Please have someone else open up a Thai resturaunt in Boynton Beach and put these people out of business!
This restaurant is amazing. Friendly staff and delicious food. My hubby and I drive for over an hour at least once a month to have dinner here. Prices are just right, desserts are great, and we always leave happy&full. Sushi Yama Siam is definitely our favorite sushi restaurant of all time. 🙂
